Do you only sell desserts in-store, or can I order online?
Both! You can visit us in person for the full magical experience or place orders online for pickup, delivery, or catering.

Do you have gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free options?
Yes! We want everyone’s wishes to come true. We offer a rotating selection of dietary-friendly bases and toppings. Just ask our team, and we’ll help you build the perfect dessert.

Are your desserts allergy-safe?
While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen does handle nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please let us know your needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate safely.

CATERING AND EVENTS

Do you cater events?
Yes! Wish offers catering packages for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Please visit our catering page for more.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our limited releases, all sales are final. 

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at info@wishdesserts.com with photos within 3 days of receiving the product. If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging! The additional shipping costs for the exchange will be your responsibility. Thank you for being patient with our small business :)

Order Changes:

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.

Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be Wish Dessert’s responsibility if unmet.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking info via email.

Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Wish Desserts is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We recommend double-checking your delivery address at checkout and reaching out to your local carrier if an issue arises.
